Bachir is a mechanical engineer and accomplished entrepreneur with strong experience in corporate governance, financial regulations and corporate finance with seats on numerous Boards of financial regulated firms globally including London, Dublin, Cyprus and Luxembourg. He joined Biome’s advisory board and its Board of Directors in 2017 and has been advising the Company on corporate strategy, business model development and financing since 2016. Bachir has an MBA from the Ivey School of Business.
